Two very generous donations have been received for the Give to Help Hospice Grow Appeal.

The Ballarat Choral Society held a high tea in April, which raised $3200 for the appeal.

Ballarat Hospice Care volunteers manager and quality and risk coordinator, Karen Taylor, attended the event, and expressed her gratitude for the ongoing community support received via such functions.

The Begonia Quilters has also raised $1500 from an exhibition of their works, which they have donated to the appeal, while this year’s Ballarat Autumn Day Ride on May 6 also donated a percentage of the funds raised to Ballarat Hospice Care.
