Communication and Engagement Coordinator (up to 0.6 EFT)
Permanent part time

You will have 

  • relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in an appropriate discipline (related to communication, social or community planning and development).
  • have the right attitude and significant experience or understanding of working within health, government, not for profit and/or community sector
  • experience working with volunteers and volunteer programs.

This position works closely with the CEO, Operations Manager and Volunteer Manager. The role supports our clinical team who  provide specialist palliative care to patients and their carers.

Comprehensive Palliative Care in Aged Care Project Officer (Registered Nurse Grade 4)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as the Comprehensive Palliative Care in Aged Care Project Officer. This role is part of a collaborative project funded by the Victorian Department of Health to enhance palliative care in aged care facilities across the Grampians region.

You will have a combination (or equivalent) of the following:

  • be a Division 1 Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA
  • experience as a specialist palliative care nurse
  • experience in the aged care sector
  • experience as an educator
  • experience working within a project implementation environment
