We are currently seeking suitability qualified and experienced candidates to undertake the role of:

Quality and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality and Compliance Manager to join us at Ballarat Hospice Care. This role is crucial in leading and managing our quality improvement, accreditation processes, legislative compliance, and risk management programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, staff, and volunteers.

You will have a combination (or equivalent) of the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Health, Management)
  • Post-graduate qualifications or equivalent experience in quality and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience with accreditation standards, complaints management, and legislative compliance
