Shaping the Future: Our 2024–2028 Strategic Plan
At Ballarat Hospice Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate palliative care to our community. To ensure we continue meeting the needs of patients, families, and health partners, we have developed our 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, which our Board has endorsed.
The plan was developed in consultation with TAG Health with input from staff, volunteers, stakeholders, and the Board ensuring it reflects our collective vision. This plan will guide our work over the next four years, setting clear priorities and ensuring we remain responsive, innovative, and sustainable.
