‘Live the life you please‘ is feature documentary full of incredible stories captured from around Australia; from cities, regional centres to remote communities.
It will make you smile, laugh, and occasionally shed a tear as it shares the stories of a diverse range of Australians experiencing their last phase of life.
Regent Cinemas are hosting three screenings of the film during National Palliative Care week (May 21 – 27) and donating 50% of the purchase price of each ticket to Ballarat Hospice Care.
We hope that by attending this film people will have a deeper understanding and awareness about palliative care, hearing stories from everyday Australians of all ages and stages of life, from different cultures and with different personal circumstances. The stories they share are deeply moving and will stay with the viewer.
Importantly everyone who attends will be supporting their local community palliative care service that cares for people in their homes to experience the highest quality of life possible at the end of life in the Ballarat and district area.
