Established by community members in 1985, our not for profit organisation guides patients and supports carers and families to live, die and grieve well.
Relationships are unique, so each person will experience grief and loss in their own way. Grief is not static, it ebbs and flows, with no set pattern.
We offer support to people who are bereaved following the death of a Hospice patient. We refer to other support services when required.
