A bequest is a personal decision, and we respect your choices. If you decide to leave a gift to Ballarat Hospice Care, we recommend speaking with a legal professional to ensure that your wishes are properly documented.
Should you wish to support Ballarat Hospice Care with a gift in your will, the appropriate wording is as follows:
“I bequeath to Ballarat Hospice Care Inc. 1836 Sturt Street, Alfredton, VIC 3350 free from all duties for its sole use and benefit the sum of $…….. OR ….% of the residue, OR the whole residue of my Estate. The receipt of Ballarat Hospice Care Inc. shall be full and sufficient discharge to my executors for the payment of this bequest.”
