Since joining us in 2022, Andrew has drawn on more than 25 years of executive experience and his clinical background to champion compassionate, person-centred care. He has led with warmth, integrity and genuine respect for the people at the heart of our work – our patients, families, staff, volunteers, supporters and sector partners.

Andrew has honoured our proud 40-year legacy, strengthened relationships and encouraged collaboration, helping position Ballarat Hospice Care for the future. We are deeply grateful for his significant and lasting contribution to our organisation and the wider health and palliative care sector.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Andrew and wish him every success in his next chapter.
